1. Forms

When you submit a comment via the contact form, we collect your first name, last name and your email address so that we can correspond with you.

When you subscribe to our site, we collect your name and your email address as you have provided so that we can correspond with send updates.

Your data will not only be stored in the website’s database but also in MailChimp, the Customer Relationship Management tool or application we use to send our newsletters and campaign.

2. Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to track visitors on this site. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect this data and a notification of the collection is given. To remain compliant with the new regulation, Google included a data processing amendment.

The data we collect will be processed anonymously and “Data sharing” is disabled. We don’t use other Google services in combination with Google Analytics cookies.

3. MailChimp

As discussed above, we use MailChimp for our newsletter and campaigns.

MailChimp is one of the best marketing automation platform and is GDPR compliant. They have a campaign builder that makes it easy to create email templates.

In MailChimp, we only store your email address and then provide your name by subscribing to the newsletter. Filling out the small form gives your permission that we may send you emails about our company, new services, and other updates. This information and consent came through the subscription form, and you can unsubscribe at any time. The information is otherwise not shared.


When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.


If you leave a comment on our site, you note we are saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
